This year, ''we're doing a barbecue place. Seafood. Italian. And a health-food joint,'' says executive producer Kent Weed. The show will visit seven states, and we think Arthur Smith, also an exec producer, speaks for many a viewer when he says of Gordon Ramsay's you-call-this-bloody-place-a-restaurant show, ''You would think that by the time we show up, they'd actually clean some of these places. But they don't.'' And therein lies Ramsay's rage and our fun.
