Season 13's highlights include Luanne (Brittany Murphy) having her baby and Kate Walsh guest-voicing as a mom to a supercool girl Bobby likes. ''Peggy and Bobby are trying so hard to be hip,'' says exec producer John Altschuler. ''You get to animate them as they descend into more hipness, to the point that Bobby's got his pants around his ankles and a fisherman's cap.'' Also, Hank attends a convention in one ep, which boasts creator Mike Judge's all-time favorite episode title: ''What Happens at the National Propane Gas Association Convention in Memphis Stays at the National Propane Gas Association Convention in Memphis.''
