Tina Fey has big news on the Liz Lemon front in season 3: Rock ''is going to start an arc in which Liz begins the adoption process. It takes a really long time in real life, and obviously we need it to take a long time in our world, because I'm not paying some kid to be on this show.'' Ah, that's our Tina/Liz. Megan Mullally guest-stars as the no-nonsense adoption agent sent to evaluate the unlucky Ms. Lemon. (Plus, Jennifer Aniston will appear this fall as a stalker of Alec Baldwin's Jack.) Fey also has ambitions to do a live episode: ''We had so much fun doing a stage version during the strike. Jane [Krakowski] and Alec are Broadway stars. Tracy [Morgan] and I did live TV.'' Any final words, Tina? ''People who like The Office, you'll like us! Just leave the TV on! Even if you go to bed!''
