Trace's seventh season will see how demoted Jack (Anthony LaPaglia) deals with his new boss (Steven Weber). As for the theme? ''It's the year of the victim,'' says exec producer Greg Walker. ''[Exploring] support groups for parents of missing children, or an episode [about] a woman who's been abducted, from her point of view.'' Speaking of victims, with a jump to Tuesday, the series will be opposite SVU. ''You couldn't find two shows that have a more similar audience,'' Walker says. ''It's invigorated us.''
