10-11PM · CBS · Returns Sept. 28
The fourth season of The Unit finds the wives of the unit's soldiers uprooted and given new identities for safety or is there a bigger issue? ''They're going to become suspicious that they were moved to this specific area [because] there's some danger that they're expected to uncover,'' says exec producer Shawn Ryan. As the wives take on their own mission, Bob (Scott Foley) and Jonas (Dennis Haysbert) do some introspection. Bob continues to question: ''What does it mean to kill people, even if it's for a greater good?'' says Ryan. ''We'll also see Jonas dealing with being at the tail end of a career. We've always looked at Bob and Jonas as the same kind of guy, but at different points in their [lives].''
