CONCEPT From the folks who brought you cable's Deadliest Catch and Ice Road
Truckers comes the inevitable: a network reality show about people with
ordinary 9-to-5 jobs who attempt dangerous occupations like oil
drilling, logging, and crab fishing. The prize: a year's salary of all
nine tough jobs combined (cool idea!).
THE SCOOP Creator Thom Beers says, ''I've never, in any show I've ever done, seen
more broken bones and dislocated body parts.''
BOTTOM LINE Ouch. So far, this lacks the sweaty tang of Beers' other shows; a tad
too game-show-y.
