Among the troublesome tykes Jo Frost helps discipline this season are two children of an NBA basketball player, says executive producer Nick Emmerson. ''I can't give you a name yet. He's a very well-known player [and his kids] are very rambunctious. He called for our help.'' Full-court press, Jo. ''We also have a family [with] deaf parents and four children who can hear,'' says Emmerson. ''The two younger children are pretty naughty and exploit the [parents'] deafness. So Jo learns some basic sign language herself and gets the family to teach the kids sign language, and that enables the parents to get more in control.''
