<One trainer will slim down four teams of spouses, while the other works with parent-and-kid pairs in season 6 of the weight-loss show. Host Alison Sweeney will look a bit fuller herself this season — she's pregnant, and unlikely to squeeze into the spandex that contestants must don. ''I have to admit,'' she says, ''it wouldn't be my first choice, certainly not at this point.''
