In season 2, Eli (Jonny Lee Miller) fully embraces the idea that his visions are prophetic not just some silly old brain aneurysm. ''He really believes that what's happening to him is divine, and it becomes a lot more public,'' says exec producer Greg Berlanti. ''We deal with the fallout of that.'' Case in point: Exec producer Marc Guggenheim says the first episode kicks off with a ''cataclysmic event on the level of [last season's] bridge collapse.'' The guest stars are fairly event-worthy themselves: Sigourney Weaver has a guest arc as Eli's therapist, and Katie Holmes is set to do some singing and dancing, Stone-style.
