The season 10 premiere will see Benson (Mariska Hargitay) dealing with the aftermath of her attempted rape, reveal whether Tutola (Ice-T) is leaving, and introduce a new assistant DA (One Tree Hill's Michaela McManus). Oh, and Ellen Burstyn guest-stars as the mom of Elliot Stabler (Christopher Meloni).
