Gym Class Heroes and the Roots are the only full-band hip-hop acts that have seen any substantial measure of success recently, so it makes sense that they're coheadlining a tour. Also on the bill will be British soul/rap phenom Estelle (above), best known for her hit Kanye West collaboration, ''American Boy.'' Having toured the States twice before, the singer considers herself an expert on American boys (and girls). ''I'm used to U.S. crowds,'' she says. ''I know exactly what they like and what they don't.''
