Caracara is a birdbrained thriller about an intricate game of
hunter and prey; Jonathon Schaech's hawk-like international assassin
predictably fails to eliminate innocent witness, and raptor
expert Natasha Henstridge. But he succeeds all too well in killing the
cable flick's only viable subplot the cover-up of a violent
attack on a South African village with his laughable foreign
accent and failed experiments in facial hair. D+
