''I make things to make y'all bounce,'' Jermaine Dupri declares on Lil Bow Wow's ''Bounce With Me.'' He's right. The So So Def mogul-producer (Usher, Mariah, TLC) packs the Big Momma's House soundtrack with tunes that'll make you wiggle more than a little. The glossy hip-hop and R&B is mostly about the Benjamins, but with rump shakers from Nas, Missy Elliott, and others, this is a house you'll want to own. B+
