Amy Rigby, a veteran singer-songwriter with a rueful streak, finds a grumpy and somewhat noisy foil in British new-wave veteran Wreckless Eric, of '70s hit ''Whole Wide World.'' (It should come as little surprise, then, that the two musical eccentrics are also married.) On Wreckless Eric & Amy Rigby, while Rigby decries ''Men in Sandals,'' Eric brings the slouchy self-pity on ''Another Drive-In Saturday.''
