Unapolegetically raunchy and gleefully incorrect, lesbian comic/singer/actress Lea DeLaria makes Ellen DeGeneres look about as edgy as Holly Hobby. And she gets free rein in Lea's Book of Rules for the World, a hilariously abrasive series of rants on everything from Alyssa Milano and Susan Sarandon to unfortunate lesbian fashion statements involving flannel and Indian prints. Despite some misses (''Xenia and Urbana Go Earthing'' isn't nearly as funny as it sounds), Rules for the World is a merry girl's guide to hunting and dishing. B+
