In the nauseatingly saccharine installment Sailor Moon S — Hearts in Ice — the second of three movies — our youthful heroines battle a wicked Snow Queen and her meanie minions, Still, the snuggly, feel-good homilies spouted by schoolgirls dressed in micro-skirts and knee-high boots should enchant impressionable 6-year-old girls and creepy middle-aged men alike.
