You won't find a better mix of reggae than Reggae Gold 2000 this side of Kingston. From Bounty Killer's gritty ''Look'' to Wayne Wonder's witty ''Keep Them Coming,'' this year's compilation has something for rude boys, ragamuffins, and R&B fans (Sanchez's reggae cover of Brian McKnight's ''Back at One,'' for Jah's sake!). A handful of the 18 tracks drag like slow-burning ganja, but most are worth their weight in gold. A-
