Aside from Janet's effervescent ''Doesn't Really Matter'' and R. Kelly's guitar-driven ''Just a Touch,'' the R&B tracks on Nutty Professor II: The Klumps Soundtrack remain inconsequential (another ''Thong Song'' remix?), but clump together the unbelievable rap jams from Jay-Z, DMX, Method Man, and Eve, and you've got one mackin' mix tape. Best banger: ''Off the Wall,'' a nutty duel between Redman and Eminem where the great white hype professes antipathy to Christina and Britney again. Ouch! B+
