Here, fans use their computer modems to speed-dial votes and can follow ongoing predictions for who'll be voted off next. (DialIdol claims it was 97 percent accurate in season 7.) The design is hopelessly outdated, but if you can help your favorite contestant stay in the game for another week...well, who cares? B+
