As the audience for modern African music grows in the U.S., the releases just keep coming. What becomes a musical legend like Nigerian Afro-reggae king Sonny Okosuns? Not the overproduced African Soldiers, which offers tired keyboard programming in place of the punchy horn charts of earlier classics. B-
