Uproar

''Let there be fun!'' declares the Uproar Network's opening page (www.uproar.com) . And fun there be, though in seemingly modest doses. Everything here seems a little cuter than it should be (a trove of hamster-dance knockoffs? That's so 1998...), but this is almost redeemed by a link to the brilliantly titled Web game Something Fishy II: The Wrath of Cod. There's also an online version of Family Feud, whose Sioux name, unfortunately, would be ''Loads at a Crawl.'' A mixed bag, but worth the surf. B
