The former Veruca Salt singer Nina Gordon should have credited this stuff to Veruca Sugar: If you thought her old band's lightweight alt-pop was too sweet, taste the syrupy outing Tonight and the Rest of My Life. Though the peppy ''Badway'' and ''Number One Camera'' could be outtakes from Salt's American Thighs, most of the rest of this hopelessly slight disc sounds like Wilson Phillips. C-
