A collection of four episodes of C-Bear and Jamal, the Fox cartoon show from the rapper who once extolled the aphrodisiacal virtues of ''Funky Cold Medina''. The gags are weak and a bit dated (''as easy as finding Waldo at the Million Man March''), but hipper tykes will appreciate the supporting vocal talents of Cho, Paul Rodriguez, and — as a demented Prince-like rock star — Jamie Foxx. C
