Keanu Reeves shows off some nice moves as a former All-American quarterback leading an NFL ''scab'' team of has-beens and never-weres. Some good moments with Brooke Langton as his bartender/cheerleader romantic interest notwithstanding, this lukewarm comedy just goes through the standard underdog sports-flick motions. It's a sort of gridiron Major League, with a little more heart — and far fewer laughs. Not an even trade. C
