On the eve of J.J. Abrams' Star Trek reboot, this cult riff on Gene Roddenberry's space saga (and the conventioneering droolers it spawned) gets a lavish and loving 10th-anniversary face-lift. A charmingly cocky (and quite possibly Shatner-esque) Tim Allen leads the washed-up cast of a sci-fi series on a real mission to battle aliens. Of course, they have no clue what they're doing in Galaxy Quest. But, by Grabthar's hammer, they manage to save the day! EXTRAS include a video of Weaver rapping (no joke) and a few deleted scenes with The Office's Rainn Wilson as a pasty, nerdy alien. B+
