Meet Hollywood's Newest Superhero

Take a good look at Chris Hemsworth's (very cute) face. You're going to be seeing a lot more of it. The 25-year-old Aussie has just booked the lead in Thor, Marvel's next comic-book adaptation, and the lead in MGM's remake of the '80s Cold War drama Red Dawn. Since arriving in the U.S. two years ago, Hemsworth has been steadily upping his profile, appearing in J.J. Abrams' Star Trek and Joss Whedon's upcoming horror flick The Cabin in the Woods. What is it about him that's got two studios clamoring? ''He's a man,'' says MGM chairperson Mary Parent. ''You just want to watch him. And there are very few 25-year-old actors who are men.''
