Time to Move is Crosby Loggins' debut album, but the poor guy already has plenty stacked against him: Not only is he the spawn of a celebrity (Footloose singer Kenny), he's also a reality-television vet (MTV talent show Rock the Cradle, which he won). Give him a chance and you'll find a set of handsome, harmless pop-rock fluff à la late-'90s hunks Tal Bachman and Shawn Mullins. Melodies? Pretty mushy. Lyrics? A little dopey. Still, props to Loggins for boxing within his weight class: ''She takes me way too seriously,'' he admits at one point. B–
