Details Lead Performance: Ringo Starr and His All-Starr Band

No one's going to notice — what self-respecting rock fan would buy a recording that documents a Ringo Starr oldies tour? — but guest stars Dr. John and Levon Helm do a darn good version of ''Iko Iko'': loose, raunchy, humours. Nils Lofgren's ''Shine Silently'' is lovely. The only bad work, in fact, is Ringo's. Ringo Starr and His All-Starr Band offers leaden, arena-rock performances including ''The No-No Song'' and ''It Don't Come Easy.'' Just say no-no. C-
