Kelly Vs. Beyonce: A Copycat Crisis?

Haven't heard Kelly Clarkson's single ''Already Gone''? Fine by her. The singer told Canada's CBC she ''fought and fought'' to block the ballad's release because it sounds like Beyoncé's hit ''Halo.'' (She blames songwriter Ryan Tedder, who worked on both.) Reps for Beyoncé and Clarkson had no comment; Tedder could not be reached. Seems the Idol-er may have been right in her rant: ''It's kind of a s---ty situation.''
