The most, er, ''rebelutionary'' thing about this Miami rapper's latest album is the way he brightens this round of Spanglish club tracks with a sparkly new electro-pop influence, as heard on his current radio hit ''I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho).'' Genre explorations aside, Pitbull himself remains much the same as ever: a charmer in two languages who can't stop himself from indulging in sexist posturing. If you ignore those gratuitous lyrics, though, you'll find Pitbull's catchiest set yet. B–
