Depending on your taste, you can thank or blame producer Guetta for the Black Eyed Peas' ''I Gotta Feeling.'' If you're in the latter camp, skip his new album, One Love, which offers a redundant remix of that tune along with high-gloss grooves 
 featuring Akon, Ne-Yo, and others. Most memorable is ''When Love Takes Over,'' wherein Coldplay's ''Clocks'' is 
 reborn as a showstopper starring Kelly Rowland. B
