Did 30 Rock actually get sharper, funnier, and even more inane in its third season? Given that this was the year Liz (Tina Fey) got so high she thought she met Oprah, Jack (Alec Baldwin) looked like a Mexican soap villain, and we learned Kenneth (Jack McBrayer) sees in Muppetvision, that's a yes. Not only was the acting terrific (Fey, Baldwin, McBrayer, Tracy Morgan, and Jane Krakowski all earned Emmy nods), the scripts were packed with quotables like Liz's ''I want to go to there.'' Even the EXTRAS are fun, with Muppets footage and a certain someone's stint in a phone-sex ad. The whole thing had us Lizzing, which is laughing plus, well...you get the idea. A?
