University of Washington sophomore Andrew Foster spent three days and $40 shooting an impressively faithful reconstruction of Shakira's ''She Wolf'' video. His ''He Wolf'' clip quickly became an online smash. ''The dance moves were so ridiculous,'' he says, ''and I realized they weren't that difficult. I thought it would be something fun to do with my friends.''
