ORPHAN Isabelle Fuhrman tickles the ivories

In Orphan, Peter Sarsgaard and Vera Farmiga play parents who adopt Esther, a 9-year-old Russian girl with a thick Boris-and-Natasha accent and a sweet tooth for evil. Bad-seed movies don't come any trashier, due in part to an icky Freudian twist near the end. EXTRAS include several deleted scenes and a ''chilling'' alternate ending that really isn't all that chilling. D
