The FlashForward co-creator has been writing for the big screen for over a decade. Below, some of the highlights.

Dark City (1998)
This sci-fi thriller has a DVD cult fan base and is often cited as a precursor to The Matrix.

Blade (1998)
After penning the first two Blade movies, Goyer directed Blade: Trinity and helped adapt the films for a 2006 TV series.

Batman Begins (2005)
A longtime comic-book fan, Goyer co-wrote the movie that revived the ailing Batman franchise.

The Dark Knight (2008)
Director Christopher Nolan worked with Goyer to flesh out the story for the megahit.
