Burning Question

Q Equity trade manager Osten Taylor, 27, was the first person to quit ''Survivor,'' claiming ''My health is more important to me than a million dollars.'' Is that why he didn't get the usual postshow ''final words''?

A ''Final words are for people who are legitimately voted off, not for those who quit,'' says ''Survivor'' publicist Colleen Sullivan. ''People are out there and really suffering and should have their last words. But [exec producer Mark Burnett] feels if somebody quits they don't deserve that.'' Being called a quitter doesn't faze Taylor: ''Sticks and stones will break my bones, but names will never hurt me, you know?''
