The Dark Lord of Rock and famed mumbler sounds strong — and intelligible! — on Scream. ''Let It Die'' and ''Let Me Hear You Scream'' are just two tracks that thunderously frame Ozzy's shouty tones. Sure, the opening to ''Diggin' Me Down'' is something you might hear at a Renaissance faire. But for the most part, this CD is nicely medieval. B
