It's been nearly a decade since the first Cats & Dogs film pitted feline against canine in a battle for human affection. In the 3-D, PG-rated spy-spoof sequel The Revenge of Kitty Galore, the two sides join forces against a common enemy: a demented hairless cat (voiced by Bette Midler) trying to take out dogs and humans alike. ''It's amazing what they got those dogs to do,'' says comic Paul Rodriguez, who plays a crazed used-car salesman helped by Chris O'Donnell's K-9-unit cop. ''None of those dogs forgot their lines.''
