Details Release Date: Aug 17, 2010; Lead Performance: Trace Adkins; Genre: Country

Despite his tendency to crank up the rawk guitars and record grating testosterone-fests that give rednecks a bad name, Trace Adkins is one of Nashville's most likable baritones. Lovely ballads like ''Still Love You'' and ''Break Her Fall'' prove there's real warmth underneath his taciturn exterior, and Cowboy's Back in Town, his ninth studio album, works best when he puts his heart into it, instead of just his hat.
