A very French 1993 farce gets a less comfortable British redo in Wild Target, a hectic, charm-challenged comedy about a fussy bachelor hitman (Bill Nighy) who can't bring himself to off a winsome thief (Emily Blunt). Thudding, flying-bullet complications ensue. The cast, though, includes a great bunch of Brit faves who have all done better work elsewhere, including Eileen Atkins, Rupert Everett, and Rupert Grint (a.k.a. Ron Weasley) as a bystander who becomes a tagalong member of the merry gang. C
