Following Helvetica (2007) and Objectified (2009), filmmaker Gary Hustwit completes his trilogy for design geeks — we know who we are — with a lively if schematic overview of city planning at its best and not so best. The around-the-world tour includes stops in Bogoté, Colombia (where mass transit and two-wheeled transportation are encouraged by a bike- riding mayor), and Phoenix, where, in the faintest of nods to editorial balance, a lawyer speaks in favor of suburban sprawl.
