Here, though, the former major-label casualty barely makes a dent in snoozy soft-rock tunes co-written by Kris Allen (''Raise Your Hand'') and James Blunt (''Happy Sinner,'' on which Colon calls himself an ''also-ran in the race to get to heaven''). One reprieve from Come Through For You's yawnfest: a disarmingly specific cancer lament that somehow musicalizes the words ''head of oncology.'' C
