On her solo debut, Heart to Yours, Destiny's Child member Williams shows off her wondrously odd set of pipes. Think Macy Gray as a 6-year-old choirgirl. Unfortunately, the album's languid grooves and so-called ''inspirational'' lyrics aren't as distinctive as her voice. This set is more likely to put you to sleep than to lift your spirit.
