If you scrambled West Side Story, Mean Streets, and The Warriors, you'd get something like this preposterous ode to '50s-Brooklyn street gangs. Stephen Dorff acquits himself sympathetically as ''Deuce'' kingpin Leon, but director Scott Kalvert overdoes the showy shots and gimmicky slow motion.
