Star Wars: Episode II--Attack of the Clones (2008)

For the Star Wars: Episode II -- Attack of the Clones soundtrack, composer John Williams returns to a well-traveled galaxy, weaving some of the familiar, bombastic tunes from earlier films together with a sorrowful new love theme that's heard too often for its own good, though sometimes in clever variations. In the chases and other action scenes, however, his imagination runs wild, with kaleidoscopic instrumental colors and rhythmic buildups that offer enough thrills to make the film images superfluous.
