David Bowie and Moby have more than a few things in common: Besides coheadlining Moby's Area 2 tour, they both have albums recently out (Moby's ''18'') or soon to be released (Bowie's ''Heathen,'' out June 11), PLUS, they're neighbors in downtown New York City, they share a rebel rebel streak, and they both see the music business as a beached whale.
