Any fan of Bryan Ferry's Roxy work will find Frantic music to their ears. It strips the echo that fogged past albums, picks up the pace, and has him singing with the animation of old. He combines swooning originals with covers he might have chosen in the '70s, including a bone-dry take on Dylan's ''Don't Think Twice, It's All Right.'' Ultimately, he's not frantic, just alive.
