AT THE MOVIES, it's party time for SNL alum Mike Myers (right), whose Wayne's World rakes in a still-excellent $7.7 million in its sixth weekend. ON TV, ABC's Roseanne leads the pack, while Fox boasts the five least-watched shows of the week. IN MUSIC, in its 13th week, Right Said Fred's insta-classic "I'm Too Sexy" isn't sexy enough to beat Mr. Big's Billboard singles-chart topper "To Be With You." AND IN THE NEWS, critics complain that Dow Corning's recent offer to pay some women for removal of their allegedly faulty breast implants is merely public relations damage control.
