All she wants to do is have more fun. In lyric and groove, Crow's flyweight new single breezes along unlike anything she's done in years. Wish she'd spent more time on the lyrics, though: Dylan can get away with a media dis like ''I don't have digital/I don't have diddly-squat,'' but this queen of self-promotion can't.
