Dwayne Johnson, a.k.a. The Rock, was thrilled that his upcoming Mummy spin-off, The Scorpion King, was shot in the good ol' U.S. of A. -- Hollywood and Yuma, Ariz., to be precise. While making his film debut, 2001's The Mummy Returns, The Rock had more than butterflies in his stomach. The wrestler was felled by a bad case of King Tut's revenge on the Moroccan shoot. Recalls Arnold Vosloo, who played the mummy Imhotep: ''He was eating mounds of chicken and stuff. I kept telling him, 'Hey, dude, be careful of the food; you're going to get the turistas,' and he's like, 'No, I wrestle all over the world. I'm totally cool.' Sure enough, man, the guy was running down a sand dune for a Porta Potti by, like, day one.'' In the end, The Rock learned his lesson. ''I was about 20 pounds lighter,'' he admits. ''So on The Scorpion King, I stuck to pancakes, broccoli, and chocolate chip cookies.''
